Summer Tuition Contract

I understand that the tuition payment is due on Friday before each week. The tuition is $350 per week. The spot is not guaranteed until tuition is received.

I understand tuition deductions will not be made for days that a student may be absent from school. Vacations or long illnesses will not be deducted from tuition. Deductions will not be made for closures due to any reason that is not in the school’s control. These closures are including but not limited to weather-related, pandemic, state-mandated, and federal mandated closures. All payments made to the school are non-refundable.

I understand that there is a $35 returned check fee on all checks returned by the bank. A notice will be sent home advising you of the returned check and the amount due. This amount must be paid within 2 days of receiving the notice. Failure to do so will result in termination of enrollment. Any delinquent account will be submitted to a collection agency.

I understand if my child is not picked up by 3 p.m., I will be charged a $1 late fee for each 1 minute beyond the pickup time.

I agree that the school has the right to suspend, dismiss, or require intervention for the student if the student causes disruption of the educational program or if the student’s conduct is improper. The Head of School is the sole person who determines whether disruption or improper conduct occurred.
